Returns & Refunds Policy

At NOT FRIENDLY SOFTWARE LLP we provide tailored software services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. As these services are bespoke and customised to your specific requirements, we do not offer the ability to return or exchange the software once the project has commenced.

Cancellation of Service Agreement

You are entitled to cancel your service agreement within 30 days of signing the contract, provided that the development work has not yet started. After this period, or once work on your software project has begun, cancellation may not be possible without incurring charges for work already completed.

If you wish to cancel the service agreement within the 30-day window, please notify us in writing via email at info@notfriendlysoftware.com. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable charges for preliminary work completed up until that point.

Refund Policy

As our services are delivered over time and are project-based, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. However, if you believe that the service delivered does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the contract, we are committed to working with you to address any issues. This may include revising or enhancing the software to meet the agreed-upon requirements.

In exceptional circumstances, where we are unable to fulfil the terms of the agreement due to errors or failures on our part, a partial, or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Service Delivery & Modifications

The bespoke nature of the services we offer means that any modifications to the project after the initial agreement may impact the timeline and cost of the service. Any additional work, features, or changes requested during the development process will be communicated clearly and agreed upon in writing, with any adjustments to cost and delivery dates.
